TFFRS

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

• Took 18th in the 400M at Outdoor ACCs (54.77), was on the 4×400 team that took eighth (3:40.95)
• Finished second in the 400M (54.59) at the Billy Hayes Invitational
• Won the 400M at both the Jim Freeman Louisville Invite (54.42) and Jack Shaw Invite (55.44)
• Competed in three events at Indoor ACCs — 400M (15th in prelims with a time of 55.33), 4×400 relay (finished seventh with a time of 3:40.37) and second in the DMR (10:51.52)
• Was part of the DMR that won (10:50.41) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Took second in the 400M (55.34) at the Windy City Invite
• Won both the 400M (55.35) and 4×400 relay (3:48.08) at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Won the 4×400 relay at the Blue & Gold Invitational (3:53.86), took second in the 500M (1:16.67)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

• Took 14th in the 400M (55.45) at Outdoor ACCs, also finished 10th as part of the 4×400 relay (3:43.71)
• Ran for a PR at the 2021 Blue & Gold Invite (56.48)
• Part of the 4×400 team at the Blue & Gold Invite that took 1st place (3:49.93)

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

• Took second in two events at the Lenny Lyles Cardinals Invitational — 400M (59.06) and 4×400 (3:54.66)
• Finished third in two events at the Notre Dame Invitational — 400M (57.35) and 4×400 (3:55.45)

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Four-time all-state honoree in New York
• Three-time team MVP and two-time team captain
• Set four individual school records (300m, 400m, 500m & 600m) and three relay records (4×100, 4×200, 4×400) at Bronxville High School
• Daughter of Cathleen and Rudy Balseiro and has three brothers (Owen, Emmet and James)
