AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

• Posted a PR in 5 mile race at the Joe Piane Invitational (25:02.3)
• Finished with a PR in the 8000M at the Nuttycombe Invitational (25:32.2)

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

• Competed at NCAA Regionals in the 1500M (3:51.30)
• Finished seventh in the 1500M at Outdoor ACCs (3:43.10)
• Posted a PR in the 1500M at the Wake Forest Invitational (3:41.83), finishing 11th overall
• Won the 800M at the Jim Freeman Louisville Invitational with a PR of 1:49.55
• Was part of the DMR team at Indoor ACCs that won a silver medal (9:32.89). Also competed in the mile and finished 16th (4:06.67)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the Windy City Invite (4:03.15)
• Made his indoor debut for Notre Dame with a PR in the 3000M (8:15.40) at the Notre Dame Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Is a two-time Missouri Class 3 State Cross Country Champion
• Has claimed the Missouri state championship in the 800m twice, and the 1600m twice, and the 3200m.
• Holds PR’s in the 5K (15:10), the 800m (1:53.52), the 1600m (4:05.96), and 3200m (8:59.64).
• Is the school record holder in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x800m relay and the 5k in cross country
• Majoring in management consulting
