PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Notre Dame Fighting Irish competed in the 10,000m, 3,000m steeplechase, 4x1600m relay, and several throwing events at the 2024 Penn Relays.
Josh Methner won the men’s 10,000 race with a time of 28:43.53 and was followed by Robert Cozean who finished fourth with a huge PR time of 28:52.66.
Michael Shoaf also claimed a big first place finish as he won the men’s shot put championship with a throw of 19.36m.
