• Mother played college basketball for both Manhattan College and Concordia University, while father played full career at Concordia
• Growing up, Prosper played different sports to avoid hyper-focusing too quickly. In addition to basketball, Prosper, played soccer, tennis, volleyball and ran track. At 10 years old, Prosper was recognized as one of the fastest sprinters in the Northeast and debated sticking with track. At 12 years old, Prosper eventually gravitated toward basketball as her main sport but still continued to play competitive volleyball until ninth grade. In 2018, Prosper decided to play with boys her age in the top boys league in Montreal. She started all 28 games and her team finished with a 27-1 record and the championship of the MBL D1 Basketball league. Prosper was named team Rookie of the Year.
