JUNIOR SEASON (2024)

• Saw action as a pinch-hitter, registering a sacrifice hit in Notre Dame’s 9-5 victory over Rice on Saturday. (February 17). 

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023)

• Appeared in 23 games as a hitter, scoring 5 runs
• Ended the season with a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000 with 5 putouts, 12 total chances, and 12 assists
• Went 1-for-1 and scored a run against UAB (March 3)
• Scored a pair of runs and stole a base against Northwestern (April 4)
• Went 1-for-1 with one run in the win against Akron (May 13)

FRESHMAN SEASON (2022)

• Played in 12 games in his first season with the Irish.
• Finished the year with 4 runs, 3 hits, 1 HR, 6 RBI and slashed .333/.400/.667 and made one appearance on the mound.
• Hit his first career home run against #9 Miami. (5/21/22)
• Got his first career hit against Marist. (2/25/22)
• Made his collegiate debut against Manhattan. (2/18/22)

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Named the 2021 Illinois Gatorade Player of the Year
• During his senior season he hit .423 with 11 home runs, 38 RBI and 28 steals. On the mound he tossed 43 innings with a 6-1 record and a 1.3o ERA. He added 68 strikeouts with just nine walks
• Was one of two incoming recruits (Birkholz) to be named Gatorade Player of the Year
• 2020 Central All-Region 2nd Team Preseason Underclass All American
• 2019 High Honorable Mention Preseason Underclass All American
• Earned a spot at the 2019 Perfect Game Underclass All American Games
• 2019 Illinois Class 4A State Championship Finalist
• Teammates with fellow Irish recruit Zach Kempe at St. Charles North
• IHSBCA Player of the Year 
• Played summer ball (2023) with the Rockford Rivets and was a Northwoods League All-Star
• Son to Brian and Melissa DeMarco
