Julie Deschaine Staff

Julie Deschaine is the Olympic Sports Coordinator in the Varsity Sports office. She first came to Notre Dame in 1995.

Prior to working at the University, Deschaine was the accounting assistant for the government offices of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community in Baraga, Mich.

Originally from L’Anse, Mich., Deschaine attended Glen Oaks Community College in Centreville, Mich. where she studied accounting.

Deschaine resides in Elkart, Ind., and enjoys photography. She has one son, Jeremy, who resides in Elkhart with his fiancée Angie and her daughters, Breylyn and Mikayla. Her other great hobby is traveling and spending time with her grandson, Brandt, who resides in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
