Nixon Dorvilien Sports Performance Staff

Nixon Dorvilien joined the Sports Medicine Staff in 2019. Nixon works primarily with Men’s Basketball.

Previously to joining Notre Dame, Nixon spent 14 years in the NBA working with the Spurs, Nets, Bucks, and Jazz. He also spent one year working at Texas Tech University with their Track and Field team from 2004-2005.

Nixon graduated from Park University with a Bachelors of Arts in Athletic Training in 2001. He went on to receive his Masters in Health Sciences at Texas Tech University in 2004.

Nixon is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine- Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercises Specialist.

Nixon currently resides in Granger with his wife and children.
