HONORS AND AWARDS

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

Was one of three men’s divers at ACCs to make finals in all three events. Placed third in the platform with a school record performance of 406.70. Also finished fifth in the 3-meter (379.25) and fourth in the 1-meter (357.40)
At the Tim Welsh Classic, placed second in the 1-meter (364.70) and third in the 3-meter (380.15)
Against Princeton and Navy, finished fourth in both events — 1-meter (343.35) and 3-meter (334.65)
Set the school record in the platform prelim at the IUPUI House of Champions Invite with a score of 356.55 (it was subsequently broken in the final by Carlo Lopez-Hernandez). Finished second overall in the final. Nguyen won the 1-meter (352.65) and finished sixth in the 3-meter (321.00) at the meet
Earned an impressive victory in the 3-meter against Louisville with a score of 370.73. Also finished fourth in the 1-meter (327.00)
Placed sixth in the 1-meter (322.30) and fifth in the 3-meter (341.90) against Pitt and Penn State
Finished third in the 1-meter (331.88) and second in the 3-meter (367.65) against Purdue
Took third in both events at Wisconsin: 1-meter (281.63) and 3-meter (337.20)

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

Finished 15th in the 1-meter (600.50), 14th in the 3-meter (676.00) and 13th in the platform at Zone C Championships
Participated in the 1M (306.65) and 3M (279.00) at ACCs, took 8th in the platform (306.05)
Took silver against Louisville in the 3M
Was the seventh-place finisher on the platform (305.20) at the Texas Diving Invitational
Finished second in both the 1M (293.20) and 3M (358.15) against Navy and Princeton
