AS A GRADUATE AT NOTRE DAME (2023-24)

• Finished ninth in the 1-meter (315.25), 12th in the 3-meter (308.50) and seventh in the platform (363.60) at the 2024 ACC Championships
• At the Tim Welsh Classic, took fourth in the 1-meter (364.05) and sixth in the 3-meter (344.35)
• Finished fifth in the 1-meter (321.40) and eighth in the 3-meter (314.50) against Princeton and Navy
• Broke the school record in the platform at the IUPUI Invitational with a score of 376.00. Also won the event and placed third in both the 1-meter (341.55) and 3-meter (377.65)
• Earned a win in the 1-meter (346.95) at Louisville. Also placed third in the 3-meter (362.55)
• Took fourth in the 1-meter (340.55) and second in the 3-meter (380.50) against Pitt and Penn State
• Finished second in the 1-meter (337.05) and third in the 3-meter (365.55) against Purdue
• Earned two second place finishes at Wisconsin in his debut for the Irish — 1-meter (326.48) and 3-meter (340.20)
• Named ACC Co-Diver of the Week for his performance against the Badgers

AS A SENIOR AT MISSOURI (2022-23)

• Finished 19th in platform at NCAAs
• Took fifth in the 1-meter and seventh in the platform at SECs

AS A JUNIOR AT MISSOURI (2021-22)

• Finished 45th on 1-meter, 38th on 3-meter and 38th on platform at NCAAs
• Took third on platform, 10th on 3-meter and 12th on 1-meter at NCAA Zone D Championships
• Finished 16th on 1-meter, 18th on 3-meter and 12th on platform at SECs
• Named SEC Diver of the Week on Dec. 7
• Won four event titles in his third year with the Tigers

AS A SOPHOMORE AT MISSOURI (2020-21)

• Took 15th in the 1-meter at NCAAs, earning All-American Honorable Mention status. Also took 21st on platform and 24th on 3-meter
• Won the bronze medal in the 1-meter at SECs
• Won five event titles

AS A FRESHMAN AT MISSOURI (2019-20)

• Competed at NCAAs in the 3-meter and platform after finishing 12th and sixth, respectively, in the events at Zone D Championships
• Won three event titles as a rookie

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Transferred from Missouri to Notre Dame for his final year of eligibility
• Dove for Edmonton Kinsmen Diving Club
• “I chose Notre Dame because the swimming and diving coaching staff is building a powerhouse of a team, and I wanted to be a part of it,” Lopez Hernandez said. “Additionally, the academics here are world class and will prepare me for a career post-diving.”
