AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)

• At the Ohio State Winter Invite, placed second in the 100 back (48.45), 11th in the 50 free (21.09) and eighth in the 100 free (45.99). Also helped win the 200 free relay
• At the Tim Welsh Classic, placed 10th in the 100 back (50.69), swam the 50 free (21.46), 100 free (46.92), 200 free relay and 400 medley relay.
• Competed in three relays, 50 free (21.60) and 100 free (46.51) against Princeton and Navy
• Posted a season-best time of 49.43 in the 100 back at the Ohio State Fall Invitational
• Swam four relays against Pitt and Penn State plus 50 free (21.26), 100 free (47.09) and 100 back (50.06)
• Competed in the 100 back (53.15), 100 free (48.19) and 200 medley relay against Purdue

• Swam for Empire Swim Club
• 2023 Spring Sectionals high point winner.
• 2023 team captain of Rockhurst Swim and Dive Team
• Holds two school records in 100 back and 200 free
• 16-time All-State swimmer.

• Member of 400 freestyle relay team that holds the Missouri state record.

• Son of Amy and Scott Francois and has two brothers, Blake and Lucas
• “I chose Notre Dame because of its educational prowess and up-and-coming swim and dive team, which I am very thankful to be a part of,” Francois said.
