AS A JUNIOR (2023)

  • Appeared in six games with a start
  • Hit for a .333 average (2-for-6) with five RBI and two runs scored
  • Got her first at bat on opening weekend against Memphis (Feb. 12) driving in two with a single
  • Got her first start of her career as the designated player at Elon (March 14)
  • Had a pinch-hit two-run homer in the run-rule win over IUPUI (March 28)
  • Drove in a run with a bases loaded walk against Ball State (April 4)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

  • Played in eight games in her second season
  • Logged seven at bats, earning a .429 average
  • Knocked three singles, drove in a run and scored twice
  • Earned her first collegiate hit in her pinch hit appearance against Bucknell (Feb. 12)
  • Added another hit, an RBI and scored a run against Detroit Mercy (March 15)
  • Pinch hit single in the five inning victory over Loyola-Chicago (March 29)

  • “The outgoing and caring coaching staff immediately set the impression that the softball program is a family,” Vasquez revealed. “Along with an amazing coaching staff, the softball program competes in a Power 5 conference and has established itself as a premier program in the country. The opportunity to receive an education from the University of Notre Dame and compete at the highest level athletically was irresistible.”

  • 44 doubles, 17 triples, 28 bases stolen
  • Was named first-team all-state in Texas as a junior and first-team all-district as a freshman, sophomore and junior.
  • Earned all-area infield as a freshman and sophomore
  • With Boerne High School, honored with the team Selfless Award as a junior
  • Team was regional quarterfinalists as a junior, as well as Bi-District Champions and Undefeated District Champions as a freshman
